How can we help?
Common questions
Is KNeo a bank?
No. KNeo is a technology company (K Holdings OÜ, Estonia). Transfers, accounts and cards will be provided by licensed banking, e-money and payment partners. We will name each partner and its licence before any regulated service goes live.
Can I send money today?
Not yet. You can register, explore exchange rates, set SmartSend alerts and try the full transfer journey in our sandbox. Sandbox transfers are clearly labelled and never move money.
Where do your exchange rates come from?
Our charts use the official reference rates published daily by Nepal Rastra Bank. They show the market but are not the price you pay. Before every transfer you see the exact rate, fee and margin.
What is SmartSend?
SmartSend watches the exchange rate for you. Set a target and a deadline and we'll tell you if it's reached. You then review a fresh quote and decide. It never sends money by itself.
What does Plus cost after 12 months?
Nothing is charged automatically, and we never ask for card details to activate Plus. When your 12 months end, you keep Plus if you meet the published activity criteria, or move to KNeo Free. We tell you 30 days in advance.
Will KNeo give me a credit score?
No. In the future, and only with your permission, your verified financial history may help you share a clearer picture with participating lenders. Credit decisions are always made by a licensed lender.
What do you do with my data?
We collect only what we need, never sell your data and encrypt sensitive details. A regulated provider handles identity checks; KNeo does not keep your documents. You can export your data or close your account in Settings.

Suspect fraud?
Change your password straight away, then report it in the app. KNeo will never ask for your password or a one-time code.
Complaints
- Tell us. Open a case in the app and choose complaint. You get a reference immediately.
- We investigate. We aim to reply in full within 15 business days. If we need longer, we explain why and give a date.
- If you're not satisfied. For regulated payment services you'll be able to escalate to the licensed partner and its supervisory or dispute-resolution body, listed on our disclosures page once partners are live.
