What we collect
Account details (name, email, country, language), consents, security events, the recipients and goals you add, alerts you create, support messages and transfer records. Identity verification is performed by a regulated provider; we receive the result and a reference only.
Why
To provide the service (contract), to meet legal obligations, to keep accounts secure (legitimate interest) and, only with consent, to send product news or research invitations.
Sharing
With licensed partners when you use their services, and with processors that host and operate KNeo under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data while your account is open and for as long as law requires afterwards. On closure, personal data is anonymised except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Download your data from Settings or contact us. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local authority.
