About these terms
These terms govern your use of the KNeo website and app, provided by K Holdings OÜ (Estonia). They cover KNeo's technology services only.
KNeo is not a bank
KNeo does not hold customer funds and is not licensed to provide banking, e-money or payment services. Regulated services will be provided by licensed partners under their own terms, which you'll accept separately before using them.
Pre-launch sandbox
During pre-launch, transfers, identity checks and related screens are demonstrations. No money moves and sandbox records are not receipts.
Information, not advice
Exchange-rate data and analysis are for information. They are not financial advice, forecasts you can rely on, or guaranteed rates.
Memberships
Membership benefits, eligibility and pricing are published in the app. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of changes that affect you and will never charge you without your explicit agreement.
Your account
Keep your password and authenticator device secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
